Try a few of our Physio Rehab classes to see what they're all about!

While they may be focused on a specific population or condition (e.g. prenatal, postnatal, spine care, etc.) they are applicable for all.  

Created, curated and taught by regulated healthcare providers, these uniquely tailored and evidence-based small group classes are perfect for those who are injured, at risk, recovering or have complex medical concerns that make it difficult or impossible to attend traditional fitness or movement classes.

Join us in studio or online in our next season of classes where you'll gather weekly to integrate knowledge of key health education with mindful movement and function. Progress over 4-6 weeks safely and effectively through relevant sequencing, supported by modifications and props, while enhancing mind-body connection.

Andrea Plitz
Physiotherapist & Yoga Teacher
As a physiotherapist and yoga teacher Andrea loves to blend the science and art of biomechanical diagnosis and holistic therapeutics with movement, energy, and breath. She believes a big part of that is helping people to reconnect with their bodies in a new and individualized way taking into consideration their unique health and movement profile. This allows the body and mind to work together to enhance outcomes, integrating positive change in an easy and holistic manner to improve health, function, and movement, returning to oneness.

Natalie Morris
As a physiotherapist, Natalie’s goal is to provide one on one physiotherapy services to clients in a supportive and compassionate setting. She believes that successful rehabilitation requires a thorough assessment, proper communication, engagement and thoughtful treatment planning. She believes that in order for optimal recovery to occur, that the whole person and the whole body need to be taken into account. Natalie spent the first half of her career working in private practice with a focus on orthopaedics, work and sport related injuries. She volunteered extensively with local sports teams and events. Additionally, she worked part time in long term care and retirement home settings. In 2013, she began working in oncology (cancer) and lymphedema rehabilitation. She there discovered her passion for helping men and women who are living with cancer manage side effects to treatment, diffuse pain, address functional limitations and return to active lifestyles. Natalie uses a combination of manual therapy, joint mobilization, myofascial release, IMS and exercise rehabilitation within her sessions. Sarah Trottier
Through her work, Sarah realized early on in her career that she had an interest in pelvic health. She completed post graduate training in pelvic floor rehabilitation, which included courses to assess and treat many pelvic health conditions, such as bladder and bowel incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, chronic pelvic pain, painful intercourse, diastasis recti (or DRA), and many other related conditions. Sarah understands that pelvic floor issues may be a vulnerable topic, but believes that her compassionate, positive approach can help clients feel empowered in a comfortable and safe environment.
