Online Support for registrants of the virtual Physio Rehab series at Bloom Integrative Health & Movement Centre (Tuesdays 6:00pm, Jan 18-Feb 22, 2022)
 
 

This hybrid class combines low pressure fitness concepts and true resistance training.  

In one half of the class we will target the deep core musculature and its synergistic function using the Hypopressive technique. We will focus on breathing, postural alignment and fascial connections. 

The other half will focus on functional training where movements are chosen to help strengthen movement patterns we use in our everyday living such as: squatting, lunging, bending, pulling, twisting and pushing.  

This class promises to be one of kind gaining strength with load without all the compressive force.

May be covered by private health benefits. Conditions apply Limited to 5 in person participants only (virtual as needed).

Kerri believes that learning about the physiology of the body is imperative to understanding its holistic nature. Her approach to movement awareness is intended to empower, build resiliency, strength and confidence. Kerri is able to meet the client where they are at, designing movement sequences that fit in to your lifestyle whether it is while the kids are playing at the park, in the office or at the airport. Life is too short to perform exercise you dread. You will work together to build routines that are fun, effective and sustainable.
