Tori believes that a life well lived encompasses physical movement, mindfulness, and a deeper connection to oneself and the external world. Drawing on her psychology Masters degree and yoga training, Tori sequences yoga classes that combine fluid movement, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices. She understands that our bodies and minds need movement and stillness. She strives to have her students leave class feeling lighter and stronger: physically, mentally, and emotionally.
