Practice Management on Embodia - Part 1: Charting

Once a chart has been finalized, you can still change the visibility of the chart so that the entire chart is visible or individual chart items are visible to the patient on their secure portal. The can then view the chart and export them to PDF if they choose.

Changing the visibility for the entire chart

For a finalized chart, you can change the share settings by going to the chart and by clicking on the Edit icon next to Info:

Changing the visibility for individual chart items

To change the visibility for an individual chart item, go to chart and then scroll to the bottom of the chart item. Click on the Edit icon next to Visibility:
